where to practice

Virtually- on YouTube on any device. Follow along with a dedicated link to your cohort’s first workshop. No cameras, no mic’s required. We know that starting is the most challenging part. Make it easy with technology you already have from anywhere that you are.

At your workplace- let us come to you. You don’t need equipment to get started. A little bit of space and your own bodyweight are enough to gain strength and body awareness.

At our studio- take a field trip and get out of the office for a lunch or workshop session and visit us in our beautiful studio downtown Guelph.

when to start

Anytime for any length of time. Try a lunch time lift or book an afternoon workshop for team building focusing on physical and in turn mental wellness.
