Are you a Member yet?

Online, you can practice skills and strength with safety, consistency, and progression. Barres and Bells is a dream in the making, and over the last year we have had to pivot from our bricks and mortar studio, to online. We are passionate about developing the skills of fitness and are committed to learning and refining our online skills.

I’m a Member! Where should I start?

After your enrolment in our membership program, you will receive an email highlighting some basic movements and videos to start with.

Start slow and stay strong by making small adjustments to your lifestyle that will impact your life in many ways. We regularly practice these skills and know that the basics will increase your body awareness and beliefs about what it means to exercise. Challenge your mind and body with new patterns and begin to appreciate and crave movement.  

Are you a Beginner to Exercise?

If you are new to working out, we recommend you start with the basics and join a Beginner level class. For Beginner level classes, follow Green and Blue coloured programs, including the Morning Routine and Restore + Recharge.

A 15-minute or 30-minute session may just be the length and intensity you need. It is important to listen to your body. The human body will provide feedback in many ways and it is important to reinforce movements that feel good and strengthen movements that feel vulnerable.

 

You’ve refreshed the basics. Now what?

Seek specialization and balance in your training schedules. What is it that you want most from your practice? Mastery of the handstand? A strong kettlebell swing? Mobility to maintain your healthy, active lifestyle? Specialize in a skill that is the challenge or feeling you seek when you move your body. Vary the intensity and specificity of your training sessions for safety and longevity in all your pursuits.

 After you have practiced the basics, we encourage you to continue your strength and skills with Purple and Red Programming. Specialize in a pursuit for fun or function in your life. Build strength and endurance with bodyweight, kettlebell and barre exercises. Practice handstands, get-ups, and toe balances for total body control and a full body workout.

 

Can I share my membership?

Your subscription is meant to share with your family, and to celebrate movement and strength with the people you love. Please share your membership experience with friends and encourage them to join the Barres and Bells community with their own membership.

We offer Group and Corporate Rates. If you are interested in sharing the Barres and Bells Program in your community group or workplace, please email barresandbells@gmail.com to connect with us. We look forward to contributing to strength and wellness in the workplace.

How does my membership renew? How do I cancel?

Your functional strength and financial health are important to us. Memberships automatically renew monthly. Should you need to cancel membership, log in and visit your account settings.

 

Can I sign-up for private sessions?

We offer both in person and virtual sessions.

  • Personal 1-hour Sessions in studio

  • Small Group Classes in studio

  • Bring your own ‘Bubble’ - Sign up a small group of family or friends and play, move and enjoy active time together.
