Join us every Tuesday at 4 pm for the strength and swings class. Grab a kettlebell and learn techniques and skills to improve your strength. Each class starts with a light warm-up followed by variations and progressions of the get-up, swings, presses and squats. A 30 min. class to improve your strength and endurance.
